What do I need to start this business ? Just need your own domain name  

How do I make money from this web site? You can set your own price for paid listing, multiple city listing & sponsored listing. You can also make money from Google adsense and other affiliate banners. 

Do I own the script?  This script is ENCRYPTED. You will not be able to modify the script. You are paying a single domain usage license fee.

Can I  customize the layout?  We give you the option to add anything on top and bottom of the layout. Just update 2 files and you will be set. Also you can have a custom left side menu. 

I don't know how to customize this script. Will you help me? Of course. We do not allow too much customization. If you need further customization, we can do it for just $50 per hour.

How do I activate Video Listing? Need FFMPEG + Flvtool server support. You can just make changes to this feature from admin control panel

How do I embed videos from video sharing web sites like youtube.com?  Your customers can  embed video from other video sharing web sites. Enable this feature from admin control panel.

Can I use my own Adsense or banner advertisements ? Yes, You use your own Adsense or Banner ads by adding your banners using admin control panel.  

Does  a user need to register for posting?  No. However you can get the optional user module to combine all listing from a user. 

How long does it usually take to have script delivered?  Each script order  is custom encrypted for a given domain name. Usually we deliver the encrypted script within 5 working days.

Do you help me to install this script? Yes, for a nominal fee of US$50.00.

Do you set up a  hosting account for my domain? Yes, We will refer you to the best host with 99.9% uptime.

What is Sponsored Links for and how it works? Each listing can be upgraded to a sponsored listing. Admin sets a listing fee per week based on region. User can buy sponsored listing in any category for any number of weeks. Listing will automatically expire after the pre-determined listing duration.
 
What is multiple city listings and how it works?  Multiple city listing allows user to choose multiple regions to list the same advt for a fee set by admin based on region. Different regions can have different listing fee.

Explain emailing a listing to a friend and how it works?  Any user can e-mail a listing to anybody. A link to the listing will be e-mailed.
 
What is flagging?  the listings are controlled by user community. If a listing gets a pre-determined flags/reports  from different IP addresses, the listing will be removed from the web site.
 
Is Paypal automated using Paypal IPN?  Paypal payment link can be embedded in payment notifications for paid listing. Listing activation based on Paypal payment is automatic.    
 
How do I get future updates? We will try to email all our customers whenever there is an update avaialable. You can also visit our web site to know more about the features we are currently working on to integrate with this script.    
 
Explain image code verification for responses and how it works? This is used to avoid script based posting. Each posting has to be entered by a human who can read image verification tags. This feature will add more security and avoid fake listing.

What is partner Module ? Partner module allows to add / upload logos and have advertisements based on regions with customized advertiser pages with embedded google maps and youtube videos. Daily page view statistics also available.

How do I get support? E-mail support is available for you as long as you are a customer. We will try to respond you wihtin 24 hours or 1 business day.

Do you sell the soruce code of this script without encryption? Yes & No. We will not be selling the CKYLIST source code as it is. We will be able to create a similar script ( PHP + MySQL) with similar features of ckylist for about $30,000- $60,000+ depends on your feature requirement. This is based on recent estimate of 2,000 hours of development, coding & testing time at $30 per hour.

How do I get phone support? You will be charged $15 per 10 minutes of our time. Phone support will be available for 7 days a week from 7AM to 7PM CA time.

What is hosted solution? We will host the encrypted files on our server. You pay a nominal monthly usage fee. Our web control panel will let you customize the available options to make necessary changes to the application to have a unique look and feel. You will not be able to modify or add new features to the script since the script is encrypted. You will have access to only a single folder on our hosting account.
